Fall Bear Hunt

Just a few more days and I will be heading north to try my luck again at taking a Michigan black bear. The bait is getting hit hard with 10 to 15 pounds disappearing every day. The trail cams are showing several bear coming in with two being of good size.

Again I will be doing the hunt in period clothing of the 1760 and using my flintlock smooth-bore. The long range weather is showing rain almost everyday at some point and time. Hoping that will change as the time goes on.
One of the large bears was taken the other evening so looking over the other trail cam photos and videos this looks to be the one.
